Meet Rowan
I’m Rowan Johnson: a doula, mother of two, and coach who has spent the past decade helping people navigate life’s turning points—from military service to civilian life, through gender transitions, into motherhood, and toward entirely new careers.After serving incredible teams in executive leadership at Disney and Universal, I chose to build a life centered on motherhood and supporting others through change. My work in global education strategy and crisis counseling with The Trevor Project shapes how I work: listening closely, staying steady when emotions run high, and helping you find your own next step.As an autistic parent raising autistic children, I bring particular care to sensory needs, communication preferences, and the many ways people experience vulnerability. Alongside training through DONA International and Birthing Advocacy Doula Trainings, I offer support grounded in respect for your body, your choices, and your way of being.The heron stands at the threshold between land and water. That’s where my work lives, too. Whether you’re preparing for birth or finding your footing in parenthood, I’ll help you understand your options, make room for your questions, and move forward with your voice at the center.
